Denise Ney Professor - Department of Nutritional Sciences, UW-Madison Professor Denise Ney works at the Biochemical Genetics Clinic at the Waisman Center doing a project about the nutritional management of the disease Phenylketonuria, PKU. Her research shows that glycomacropeptide improves the diet required for PKU.
