Barbara Schneider is a fiber artist whose background is in visual design. She gathers interesting shapes from nature for inspiration and photographs them to capture the images. Then she creates amazing artistic pieces out of fabric by enlarging and reshaping the images. Barbara uses layering techniques, stiffeners, and machine stitching when she is working with the fabric for her creations.
