First Look: Mark Stephenson is with the UW-Madison Program on Dairy Markets and Policy. Seventy five dairy farmers learned this month they would have to find a new processor to buy their milk by May 1, giving them only 30 days to find a new buyer. This is due to a new tariff from Canada on certain dairy imports from President Donald Trump addressed the issue in his visit to Kenosha this week.
