After months of debate, Governor Walker made changes to the state budget before signing it on Wednesday. One of his vetoes eliminated funding to low-spending schools districts which have had their funding capped since 1993. We speak with the administrator for one such district, Jim Boebel of the Adams-Friendship School District.
